1. What happens when I click a to make a purchase?

When you decide to make a purchase, and click on a product link, a new window opens, for our affiliate supplier, the merchant who offers that product, and showing their Cart or other ordering information. When you complete your sales transaction, it is actually with that merchant site, who provides the mobile device, and service contract, if applicable, collects the payment, and ships the product. By going through our product link, the sale is tracked back to us, and our commission is paid to us by our affiliate.

2. How do I complete my purchase?

To complete your purchase through a YourHomeForCellphones.com product Link, you must pay for the product cost (and shipping and any other charges) by using a credit card, debit card, or other acceptable method, such as paypal or Google Checkout, and by completing your purchase on the internet.

Many of our merchant suppliers show telephone numbers you may call to make purchases, or accept mail-order purchases by check. However, YourHomeForCellphones.com ONLY receives its commission when you complete your purchase over the internet. If you call in an order directly to a merchant, or mail in a payment, we do not receive our commission despite your having found the item you purchased, on YourHomeForCellphones.com.

3. Am I paying more for for the product because you are getting a commission?

No. Your price is the same whether or not we receive a commission on the sale, and the price you pay is the same whether you found the product on YourHomeForCellphones.com or found it directly on the merchant site.

4. What is a Product Link?

A Product Link is the display of a Product that, when clicked on, takes you to a different website (in a new window) that completes the sales transaction for the product, and is then responsible for shipping the product to you. All of the products that we display, including the photographs of the products and the descriptions of the products, are part of our "Product Links" to our various affiliate merchant sales sites.

5. Why doesn't the product link work?

If you clicked a Product Name or graphic link to purchase a product, a new window should have opened to our affiliate supplier site, showing purchase information for the product you clicked on. There are three primary reasons why this may not have worked properly:

a) The link may be broken;
b) The product may have sold out. From time to time one of our affiliate merchants may sell out of a product and not inform us in a timely manner, and we then still have the product shown, when it is no longer available. While some merchants open to a page that indicates the product is sold out, others merely open to their home page, or to other similar product pages, and sometimes to a blank page; or
c) Software or Browser problems. There are many types of software programs that customers have loaded in their computers, that prevent the new window from opening to the merchant site, or from opening at all. Software programs to block pop-ups, spy software, and removal software, and many other types, can hinder or prevent you from completing your purchase, and this problem would be out of our hands, but due to your personal computer set-up. You would have to de-activate or remove such software in order to complete a purchase on Niftykitchen.com, or on any of the hundreds of thousands of sales sites that operate in this fashion. Also, you need to have cookies activated in order to proceed with completing a purchase.
d) Browser problems. Unfortunately, some browsers are not compatible with this system, If you have more than one browser loaded on your computer, and encounter a problem in a new window opening to display the merchant sales site, open a different browser, and the problem may be solved.

If you have experienced any of these problems after clicking a product link, please email us, telling us which product you tried to purchase. If the problem is the link itself, we can usually have it repaired quickly. If the product is out-of-stock, we may well be able to replace it through another merchant supplier, or we may find a similar product. If the problems is related to your software or browser setup, we can email you a direct like for you to use to make your purchase.

6. How does offering products in this fashion save me money?

We are continually searching not only for new products, but for better prices on all of our available products. Very often we find the same product available from several different merchant sites, and we Always pick the affiliate with the best price when we add new products. Also, we frequently find an merchant with a lower price on a product we already offer, and when we do, we change our Product Link to the merchant site with the better price.

7. How does offering products in this fashion provide more choices in making purchases?

By picking Product Links from many different merchant sites, we are able to offer product selections and varieties of brands that few single websites are able to offer. And, if we find a low-priced device or accessory from another brand available through one of our merchants, we can add that item in a matter of minutes, not the days or weeks if could take a direct sales site.

8. I can't find what I am looking for - what can I do?

If you cannot locate a specific product on our site, please send us an email telling us what you are looking for, and we may well have available what you are looking for. If we do not currently have available what you are looking for, we may well be able to find it quickly have make it available for purchase.

9. Who are your affiliate merchants?

Currently, we are affiliated with over 200 different affiliate merchant sales sites, and from this group, we have chosen to include products and service plans from those among them who offer the best products, and the best plans. These include the top brand names that our customers desire, including BlackBerry, LG, Motorola, for example, and plans from top service providers, including, among others, AT&T Wireless, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. We offer cellphones and service plans, and batteries and accessories, from some of the internet's most most well-known and respected merchant sites. When you click a product link, you will then see the identity of the specific affiliate site that offers that product.

10. What are my shipping options?

Each of our affiliate merchants has its own shipping policies. After you click a product link and are taken to the merchant site offering the product you are interested in and proceed with your purchase, you will see the particular shipping policies of that merchant. Most of our affiliates do offer shipping options including expedited shipping. However, the majority of our merchants offer service plans available only in the United States, and ship only to the United States or to the United States and Canada.

11. How do I track my order?

Each of our affiliate merchants has its own tracking system. The quickest way to track an order is to return to the merchant site (you can do that by returning to YourHomeForCellphones.com and clicking the same product link you clicked on to make your purchase) and checking their Tracking or Customer Service page. You can also send us an email asking us to check the order status. If you do this, we will need to know the exact product you purchased, date of purchase, order number, and your name, address and telephone number.

12. What if I need to cancel an order or return a product?

The best way to cancel an order is to return to the merchant site (you can do that by returning to YourHomeForCellphones.com and clicking the same product link you clicked on to make your purchase) and checking their Customer Service page for direct contact information to cancel an order. As to returns, each of our affiliate merchants has its own return policies, and you should also return to the merchant site to check their specific return policy. The majority of our merchants allow returns for any reason, or for no reason, for a reasonable time after delivery. You should certainly seek a return or exchange should a broken or defective product be received.

13. I made a purchase, and now the merchant has told me the product I bought is out-of-stock. What can I do?

Send us an email telling us what product you bought. We may well be able to replace it through a different one of our affiliate merchants.

14. Why is a price displayed by an merchant different than the price shown on YourHomeForCellphones.com?

From time to time prices do change, and our affiliate merchants frequently effect price changes - both increases and decreases - before we are informed of such changes. While the majority of our products are displayed through dynamic coding, that automatically updates price changes, sometimes the merchant does not immediately update the code that they provide to us, and some of our offers we hand-code ourselves, and need to receive updated information from our affiliate merchants to keep prices updated. We make every effort to keep on top of these changes, but it is impossible to anticipate their occurrence. If you see an merchant's price that is higher that the price shown on YourHomeForCellphones.com, please send us an email telling us what product has changed, and we may well be able to find that lower price through a different merchant.
